Jutland Pant and Shorts by Thread Theory
Classic, relaxed-fit, straight legged trousers designed to be ready for anything! These pants are roomy enough to allow for a full range of movement but still offer a flattering fit with back darts to shape the seat. This pattern is the perfect base to create everything from denim jeans to sturdy, heavy canvas work wear.
Jutland Pants are designed with single welt or patch pockets, curved front pockets, optional cargo pockets, and useful knee and hem reinforcements. You can even add an optional lining to add a warm layer of flannel to winter work pants.
Pattern includes 28-page instruction booklet.

Suitable Fabrics:
- Work Pant Version - Bottom weight wovens, twill, corduroy, gabardine, Oxford Weave Canvas
- Casual Pant Version - Linen, linen blend, wool
- Additional - strong cotton for pocket lining, medium interfacing (we prefer non-synthetic sew-in), bias binding, one button, and a 6" metal zipper.
Amount Needed: 2.5 - 3.5 yards depending on size and length of garment and width of fabric
